Mr. M. Saleem Shaikh is one of the leading Corporate Consultants having more than 35 years of experience in the field of Taxation, Corporate Affairs, Corporate Mergers and Takeovers, Acquisitions, Financial Buyouts, Technical Feasibilities, and Corporate Restructuring. He has a vast experience of advising on setting up new businesses, financial management practices and taxation planning.
Mr. Saleem Shaikh belongs to an illustrate family of Shaikh’s from Sindh and has held important position in the Administrative Services in the past. He established his principal firm ‘M/S. MSS ASSOCIATES’ in 1976, primarily dealing in Corporate Taxation and Financial Affairs. He has redefined good corporate governance.
From building ethical corporate organizations in Pakistan to serving on prestigious boards and committees, his immense contribution to Pakistan owned businesses has established him as an inspirational business leader, corporate tax attorney and an iconic citizen.
Mr. M. Saleem Shaikh has widely traveled across USA, Europe, Far East, Africa and represented Pakistan in various international forums and World Congress of Jaycee International Club USA in Nagoya, Japan.
